How It Works

Shopping from Japan with Natsuyama365 is simple. Here’s what happens after you find something you like.

1. Choose Your Products

Browse our selection and review the product details before ordering. Enter your destination at checkout to see whether delivery is available and what shipping will cost.

2. We Source Your Order in Japan

After your payment is confirmed, we check availability and purchase the item from a supplier or retailer in Japan when needed. We then prepare it for international shipping. Standard order processing takes 3–4 business days.

If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you. You can choose an alternative if you want one, or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

3. Your Order Ships

Once your parcel is dispatched, we’ll send a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7–12 business days. Together with processing, the usual estimated total is 10–16 business days.
