The exterior is made from glossy tie fabric with a bright red base decorated with iconic items from the ONE PIECE world, including Luffy's straw hat, the Den Den Mushi communication device, and the Log Pose.

Colorful tie threads are woven into the fabric to create detailed illustrations of the Berry Mark, a Vivre Card featuring Silvers Rayleigh's name, and Pandaman. Due to the woven fabric construction, the placement and appearance of the pattern may vary from one pouch to another. The interior is gray.

The Small Drawer Pouch opens flat when the zipper is fully opened, allowing you to see the contents at a glance and quickly access what you need. It is designed to organize frequently used stationery, cards, business cards, scissors, charging cables, and other small essentials.

Inside, the left side features three flat pockets for cards, rulers, scissors, and other slim items. The pocket width is designed to accommodate cards and business cards.

The right side features a mesh pocket for bulkier items such as pens, masking tape, and charging cables. An elastic band inside the pouch helps keep pens and similar items securely in place.

There is also a deep exterior pocket for items you want to access quickly, such as pencils or tickets. Despite its storage capacity, the pouch has a relatively slim profile that fits neatly inside a bag.

A loop-shaped zipper strap provides a comfortable grip when opening or carrying the pouch.
