William Morris Vine Design

The Vine pattern depicts lush foliage and clusters of grapes intertwined across the cover. Originally created in 1873 as a hand-printed wallpaper design, it reflects William Morris's fascination with plants, nature, and traditional craftsmanship.

To recreate the feeling of the original printing process, the cover is printed on a material with a canvas-like texture. Details such as subtle sketch lines and variations in the printed color are intentionally preserved, giving the design a handcrafted appearance.

The cover also features a gold foil inscription based on one of Morris's best-known ideas about surrounding yourself with things that are both useful and beautiful.

Lay-Flat Binding
