Marcus Belgrave – Gemini 2 First Limited Edition CD Album

Product Description

Marcus Belgrave – Gemini 2 is a limited edition CD album released in Japan by P-VINE in 2023.
This spiritually rich and powerful jazz recording brings together legendary figures from the 1970s Detroit jazz scene, including Wendell Harrison, Phil Ranelin, Harold McKinney, and Roy Brooks.

Originally recorded during a pivotal era of Black American music, the album blends cosmic jazz, funk, and deep spiritual elements. The opening track, “Space Odyssey,” later inspired reinterpretations by Detroit electronic music pioneer Carl Craig.

This release comes in a paper sleeve package and preserves the original artwork, making it a valuable addition for jazz collectors and fans of Detroit jazz history.
