Designed for superior sound isolation and long-lasting comfort, the EP-NI1010 ear tips feature newly improved polyurethane foam material for enhanced sealing performance and reduced pressure during extended wear.

Compared to the previous EP-NI1000 model, the foam shape has been redesigned to improve fit, reduce ear fatigue, and enhance overall comfort.

Care & Maintenance

• Do not wash with water

• Wipe gently with a dry cloth only

• Do not use alcohol (may cause premature deterioration)

• If wet, fully dry before use or storage

• Clean mesh area gently with a cotton swab

• Avoid pulling only the foam portion (may separate from core)

Important Notes

• Foam material naturally degrades over long-term use; replace when performance declines

• Slight popping sound during insertion is normal

• Foam hole size does not affect sound quality

• Foam may harden in cold temperatures (warm by hand before use)

• Recovery speed may slow in high temperatures
