The most iconic form of Sukajan, this reversible souvenir jacket features acetate satin fabric on both sides, offering a smooth, luxurious feel reminiscent of silk.
After WWII, acetate became a widely used material for Sukajan because it wasn’t regulated and closely mimicked the luster of silk. This model has no padding, making it lightweight and wearable year-round.
One side features a White Eagle embroidery, a fierce symbol of strength and courage. The reverse side presents a scenic Japanese landscape, expressing serenity and seasonal beauty in intricate detail.
